These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dhatas Downloader (the "tool"). By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
1. Description of the tool
Dhatas Downloader lets you fetch video, audio and image files from URLs you supply, and save them to your own device. It does not host, index, or curate any third-party content — it simply automates a save-to-disk action on content you point it at.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use this tool only for lawful purposes. You will not use it to:
- Download, copy, or redistribute copyrighted content without the rights or permissions required to do so;
- Violate the terms of service of any platform the content is sourced from;
- Scrape, mass-download, or archive content at a scale that could disrupt or overload a third-party service;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute content obtained through the tool without authorization; or
- Use the tool for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
3. No account, no guarantee of availability
This tool does not require an account and may be run locally or self-hosted. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued compatibility with any given source platform, which may change its site or APIs at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All content you download through this tool remains the intellectual property of its original rights holder. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or license to that content to you beyond what the rights holder has already granted.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that downloaded files will always be accurate, complete, or of any particular quality.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising out of or related to your use of the tool, including but not limited to legal claims from copyright holders or third-party platforms resulting from your use.
